An offline workstation may not be able to connect to the server for a variety of reasons. For example, the designated port on the server may not be open or CPServices may not be running on your workstation.
Right-click the Counterpoint Services Status icon to display a menu of available commands.
Select the Status command to display the
Counterpoint Services Status window, which provides detailed information about the connection status of your workstation.
Select Sync Now to immediately extract all tickets and other offline data from the offline workstation for upload to the server.
The Sync Now command is available only when the offline database is not synchronized with the server (i.e., tickets or other offline data are waiting to be extracted and uploaded).
Select Manage Services to display the
Manage CP Services on Local Server dialog, which allows stop and start CPServices, as well as to change the port assigned to CPServices.
Select Log Viewer to display the Radiant Log Viewer, which allows you to review the various logs of CPServices activity, without requiring you to open the individual log files.
Select Exit to close the Counterpoint Services Status utility.
This command does not stop CPServices on your workstation.
